Job Summary
The Retail Lead (part-time) will assist the Leadership team in enhancing the game day and fan experience by leading the Retail Associate team. Responsibilities include driving sales through daily operations, maintaining stockroom organization, training and coaching Retail Associates, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a professional demeanor. Prior retail experience and leadership qualities are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Minimum one year working in retail or sales preferred
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Foreign language skills are a plus
- Prior leadership experience preferred
