Job Summary
Lead Restoration Technician leads water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation projects, sets up and monitors drying equipment, performs property inspections, moisture mapping, loss documentation, and damage assessments, and trains/supervises technicians while ensuring safety standards and company protocols; requires proven lead experience in disaster mitigation and IICRC certification (WRT/ASD/AMRT) with hands-on project leadership from start to finish, plus a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- IICRC Certification: WRT, ASD, AMRT (any one of the three)
- Proven experience as a Lead Technician in disaster mitigation
- Hands-on experience running water damage jobs from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of drying systems, dehumidification, moisture mapping, and scoping losses
- Ability to lead, train, and manage restoration technicians
- Valid driver’s license
