Lead Restoration Technician/Flood Damage

Assess flood and mold damages, recover salvageable items, and lead a team of junior technicians in water extraction, drying, and debris removal. Sketch job scopes, monitor equipment, and perform dry logs while safely demolishing drywall, cabinetry, and flooring. Sign up customers with contracts using expertise in water damage and structure drying techniques, then assist clients with insurance claims. Work directly with clients in homes, offices, and crawl spaces to advise on repairs. This role supports our family-owned company's 24-hour emergency services across North County San Diego.
