Lead Response Assessors - Part Time

Job Summary
Lead Response Assessor reviews the quality of digital marketing information and documents specific issues in tools provided. This role provides overall digital presence deliverables to analysts to review findings with the client. Responsibilities include testing and assessing the time and quality of response from assigned dealerships through email inquiries from the customer perspective regarding sales and services; ensuring contact information is up to date; reviewing social media and reputation outlets for current information and functioning links; testing website and mobile site functionality including online chat; recording issues in tools; providing management with status updates and progress; coordinating tasks with the team; and assisting other analysts with miscellaneous duties such as SEO Scorecards. Associate's degree preferred; web/digital marketing and automotive dealership experience a plus; strong written communication and high attention to detail required. This is a temporary, part-time position (~6 months).
