Job Summary
Coordinate respiratory therapy staffing and patient care coverage while providing direct respiratory care across hospital units. Mentor and support respiratory therapy team members, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective services. Monitor supply and equipment needs, overseeing cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of respiratory equipment. Requires a current Maryland Respiratory Care license, NBRC RRT credential, and five years of experience. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Respiratory Care Practitioner program
- 5 years of respiratory therapy experience
- Current Maryland Respiratory Care license
- Current NBRC RRT credential

- Bachelor's degree preferred
