Job Summary
Coordinate respiratory therapy staffing and patient care coverage across hospital units. Provide direct respiratory care, assist with assessments, procedures, and documentation, and mentor team members. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals while monitoring supply and equipment needs. Oversee cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of respiratory equipment. Minimum 39.56/hour to 65.34/hour. Requires current Maryland Respiratory Care license, NBRC RRT credential, and 5 years of experience. BLS and ACLS certifications required. New hire sign-on bonus of $10,000.00 available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Respiratory Care Practitioner program
- Associate's degree
- 5 years of respiratory therapy experience
- Current Maryland Respiratory Care license
- Current NBRC RRT credential
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
- Drug-free workplace compliance
