Job Summary
Coordinate respiratory therapy staffing and patient care coverage while providing direct respiratory care across hospital units. Assist staff with assessments, procedures, and documentation, and mentor team members to support clinical leadership. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective services. Monitor supply and equipment needs, overseeing cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of respiratory devices. Requires current Maryland Respiratory Care license, NBRC RRT credential, and 5 years of experience. Salary range $39.56-$65.34/hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
