Job Summary
Deliver 4-6 guided classes weekly from the 432 Handbook, integrating breathwork, towel waving, sound healing, and visualizations. Lead, refine, and oversee studio programs while training and mentoring Resonance Guides to ensure service excellence. Perform hands-on resonance journeys as needed and manage guide scheduling to maintain optimal class coverage. Monitor program effectiveness and adjust offerings to align with client needs and studio objectives. Support community growth through social media planning and content creation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to deliver 4-6 classes from the 432 Handbook to the highest standard, integrating breathwork, towel waving, sound healing instruments, essential oils, and visualizations
- Experience leading, refining, and enhancing wellness programs and journeys to align with client needs and studio objectives
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive training protocols for Resonance Guides, ensuring consistent service quality and excellence
- Ability to perform resonance journeys as needed, maintaining direct engagement with clients to uphold the integrity of programs
- Ability to monitor and assess the effectiveness of wellness offerings, adjusting as needed to ensure optimal client satisfaction and program success
- Ability to oversee and manage guide scheduling, ensuring optimal class coverage and seamless operations
- Ability to support the growth of 432's community through social media planning, content creation, and other initiatives that enhance connection and outreach
