Job Summary
Lead assigned maintenance team to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks, developing preventive schedules to minimize downtime. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues while coordinating with departments to schedule activities with minimal disruption. Maintain accurate records, ensure safety compliance, and train staff to improve skills. Manage inventory, assist in budgeting, and respond to emergency needs with flexible hours. Requires a valid driver's license and strong troubleshooting abilities. Full-time role with paid training and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, vision, dental, and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance needs
- Valid Driver's License that meets company Authorized Driver Criteria
