Job Summary
Lead residential HVAC installations with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency, installing equipment including heat pumps, gas and oil furnaces, ductless mini-split systems, boilers, and geothermal systems. Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team when needed, and mentor and train HVAC helpers to develop the next generation of technicians. Complete installations correctly the first time and maintain accurate job documentation while representing Haller professionally in customers' homes. Earn $26-$40/hour with a company vehicle, gas card, and iPhone/iPad provided. Join a team that values craftsmanship, accountability, and doing what's right.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA/CFC Certification (Type I & II required; Universal preferred)
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and installation skills
- Pride in delivering quality workmanship
- A team-first attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable using an iPad and communicating professionally through email
- Background check
- Physical evaluation
- Drug screening
- Motor vehicle record
Desired Qualifications
- Boiler installation experience preferred
- Technical school or associate degree is a plus, but not required
