Job Summary
Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting, diagnose complex issues, and implement effective solutions for residential clients. Conduct inspections to identify hazards, recommend repairs, and ensure code compliance. Collaborate with homeowners to assess needs, provide expert advice, and improve energy efficiency. Manage and prioritize service calls, assign tasks to team members, and mentor junior technicians on technical skills and best practices. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and stay updated on latest technologies and regulations. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among team members. Hourly rate $27-$35 plus 2.5% commissions, van, and gas card.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Electrician's license or certification.
- Significant experience as a Residential Service Electrician Technician or similar role.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex electrical issues.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring methods.
- Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
