Lead Residential Advisor - 3rd shift (62643)

Supervise and control dormitory conditions, evaluate situations within the dorms, and make decisions or recommendations. Coach students through life skills, conflict resolution, and personal development while ensuring safety and proper behavior. Perform administrative duties involving student passes, leaves, evaluations, progress reports, and emergencies. Assist in the training and evaluation of residential living staff and coordinate dorm activities including entertainment and unit competitions. Direct dorm patrol and daily cleanup, inspect areas for maintenance needs, and communicate with families to resolve problems. Work Thursday-Monday, 11:30pm-8:30am, with Tuesday-Wednesday off. Requires a high school diploma, one year of Job Corps experience, and a valid in-state driver's license.
