Job Summary
Lead Research Analyst at Avasant GCC will shape thought leadership on Global Capability Centers, drive the research agenda, and deliver insights that influence CXO-level decisions. The role involves representing the firm at external conferences and executive briefings, engaging with senior leadership to advise on strategic priorities, owning end-to-end delivery of research products (market reports, white papers, and POVs), conducting in-depth primary and secondary research, developing methodologies and analytical models, and supporting strategic advisory engagements. Strong emphasis on turning macroeconomic and sectoral trends into clear, compelling narratives, with exposure to an international team and opportunities to scale new research offerings across the product lifecycle from ideation to market positioning.
Required Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent from Tier 1 institutes
- 4-6 years of experience in research, strategy, or consulting
- Experience with Big 4 or other strategy consulting firms is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Significant exposure to emerging technologies and ability to analyze impact on industries
- Ownership mindset and adherence to quality and timelines
- Exceptional quantitative and data interpretation skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple time zones/geographies
