Lead Repair Operator

Job Summary
Repair damaged containers to inventory standards using power tools and forklifts, while documenting scrap and repair decisions in the database. Lead the repair team by directing daily operations, training new personnel, and enforcing safety protocols during container handling and inventory management. Manage storage for awaiting repair and teardown containers, support quality assurance inspections, and identify opportunities to improve repair efficiency and inventory recovery. Operate Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with biweekly pay and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k matching.

- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures relevant to forklift operations as well as when utilizing power tools
- Ability to transport containers that weigh 225lbs through use of a pallet jack
- Demonstrated expertise in container repair processes and quality standards
- Ability to train, coach, and provide work direction to peers and temporary personnel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to influence operational performance through technical expertise and quality leadership
- 1st shift - Monday-Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
