Lead Release Engineering, Agentic Platform

Lead Member of Technical Staff, Release Engineering for the Agentic Platform. Own release strategy across three runtimes (Java backend services, Node.js platform layer, and iOS client apps) and define a coherent release story that spans all three. Architect and build agentic release pipelines enabling AI coding agents to propose, validate, and ship changes with automated diff review, policy-as-code merge gates, signed-commit attestations, and human-in-the-loop approvals. Drive release automation and tooling (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/Buildkite pipelines, artifact registries, iOS code signing, reproducible builds, SBOM generation), trunk-based development, versioning, and release trains. Own observability and rollback, deployment dashboards, and MTTR metrics. Ensure compliance and supply chain security (SLSA-aligned build provenance, vulnerability gating, secret scanning, license compliance). Provide technical leadership by mentoring MTS/SMTS engineers, shaping release governance for large-scale orgs, and guiding cross-org architecture forums. Strong preference for experience integrating AI coding agents into development workflows and familiarity with policy-as-code and attestation tooling. You’ll be measured on unified release dashboards, improved release cadence with agent integration, and fostering automation as a product for internal users (humans and agents).
