Job Summary
Ensure smooth patient flow, quality registration, and maximum Point of Service collections in your area of responsibility. Coordinate break and lunch times to meet coverage needs, assist the Supervisor in managing volume fluctuations by requesting reinforcements or flexing staff, and serve as a department resource for policies and procedures. Set an example in customer service and conduct while assuring compliance with all daily duties under the Supervisor's direction. This full-time night shift role at Dallas Regional Medical Center requires extensive Patient Access knowledge, preferred CHAA certification, and strong leadership abilities to manage multiple demands under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of Patient Access

- Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA)
- Exceptional interpersonal & organizational skills
- Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
- Extremely high degree of attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Good analytical & problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to effectively manage multiple demands and function well under pressure
