Job Summary
Mentor, coach, and support Veterinary Technicians to encourage professional growth, clinical excellence, and confidence in a fast-paced emergency environment. Deliver high-quality patient care while partnering with leadership to improve workflows, efficiency, and outcomes. Support team members during complex, critical, and high-stress cases, and assist with onboarding, training, and development initiatives. Serve as a clinical role model demonstrating advanced technical skills and patient advocacy, communicating effectively with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and clients. Contribute to scheduling support and team performance initiatives to foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture. One weekend shift per month required with rotating schedules including some statutory holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
- Fluent English speaking and reading skills
- One weekend shift per month
- Rotating schedule including some statutory holidays
