Job Summary
Lead clinical leadership and oversight for UHS physician practices to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care delivery. Engage frontline staff, operational leadership, patients, and the community to promote excellence in clinical practice, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Foster a culture of safety and collaboration while maintaining compliance with the New York State Nurse Practice Act, United Health Services policies, and the American Nurses Association standards. Schedule day shifts with 40 weekly hours, earning $37.00 to $55.50 per hour based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- At least one year experience in an acute or ambulatory based care setting
- Bachelor's Degree
- Supervisory or management experience
- National Certification Clinical Ladder Nurse Level III
- Current NY State RN license
- Documentation of current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days employment
