Job Summary
Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to RNs and LVNs/LPNs while coordinating care delivery and ensuring appropriate staffing coverage. Step in to provide direct clinical support when needed and review assessments, care plans, and documentation for accuracy and compliance. Serve as a clinical resource for complex medical and behavioral cases, partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and lead audits, incident reviews, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational standards while supporting onboarding and ongoing staff development. Requires an active RN license, Associate's Degree in Nursing, and 3+ years of clinical experience supporting IDD or long-term care populations.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
- 1+ year supporting IDD, developmental disabilities, or long-term care populations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with documentation systems (EHR) and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to manage priorities, travel locally, and respond to urgent needs
