Lead Registered Dental Assistant RDA

Set up and seat patients, ensuring rooms are properly stocked, cleaned, and ready for treatment while following strict protocols. Lead and train team members with encouragement, respect, and understanding, while assigning duties to keep the back office running efficiently. Assist the doctor chair-side during procedures, take radiographs accurately, and document all patient notes, consents, and medical clearings. Order supplies, troubleshoot equipment issues, and verify that treatment plan charges and discounts are correct. Requires a Dental Assistant license, one year of experience, and CPR certification. Works Saturdays.
