Job Summary
Lead RBT role providing advanced clinical support across assigned classrooms; acts as a bridge between the RBT team and leadership, supporting onboarding, classroom readiness, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include overseeing Central Reach onboarding/training/flow, designing and distributing monthly communications, developing and supervising weekly classroom activities and curriculum enhancements, maintaining classroom organization and compliance with program standards, leading daily schedule planning and resource allocation, managing inventory and supply needs, establishing structured parent communication protocols, and driving employee engagement and retention initiatives. Requires RBT certification (active/unexpired) with at least 6 months of center-based RBT experience; BCBA student strongly preferred. On-site full-time role located at the Voorhees, NJ Early Intervention Center with core hours 10:45am–7:15pm. Required Qualifications
- RBT Certification is required
