Job Summary
Lead RBT role providing advanced clinical support across assigned classrooms, overseeing Central Reach systems (onboarding, training coordination, workflows), developing and supervising weekly activities and curriculum enhancements, maintaining classroom organization and resource planning, overseeing supply/inventory needs, leading structured parent communication protocols, and supporting staff engagement and retention initiatives; on-site in Clifton, NJ with 10:45am-7:15pm core hours; requires RBT certification and ongoing active credential, and a minimum of 6 months RBT experience.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma
- RBT Certification is required
- Minimum of 6 months experience as RBT in center-based service location
- BCBA student strongly preferred
- Detail-oriented on reports/session notes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems such as Central Reach to provide ABA services
- Active/unexpired RBT certificate throughout tenure
- Internal candidates must meet 80% competencies and be in good standing with the company
