Job Summary
Implement 1:1 instructional and behavioral intervention programs with assigned clients following ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Provide training, direction, and feedback to Trainee and Registered Behavior Technicians on program implementation, data collection, and plan revisions after consulting with BCBAs. Assist in writing behavior plans, conducting client assessments, and monitoring program adherence while maintaining accurate daily documentation for billing. Support client arrival and departure, ensure a safe and healthy environment, and work in both center and home-based settings. Supervise staff by handling time cards, addressing disciplinary issues, and conducting annual reviews. Participate in monthly parent meetings and staff team meetings to review client progress. Willingness to work a 40-hour per week schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge/experience working with individuals with ASD
- One year of experience running ABA programs
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Ability to sit & use computer keyboard
- Ability to kneel, bend, & reach
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Willingness to work a 40-hour per week schedule
- Strict adherence to LOGAN policies
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Taking classes toward BCBA or BCaBA
- Two years of experience running ABA programs
- Two years of experience working at LOGAN
- Excellent ability to communicate with families and other professionals
- Experience in developing and conducting staff training
