Job Summary
As a Lead Regional Partner Manager at Snyk, you will drive the partner ecosystem in the NY/Tri-State Area, scaling AI-native security solutions. Responsibilities include developing strategies for partners, building sales pipelines, conducting performance reviews, and enabling partners to articulate the value of agentic orchestration. The role requires extensive security sales expertise, channel mastery, and a strong understanding of AI-related risks. An emphasis on influencing adoption of secure development practices and managing complex deal cycles is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of selling with or through the security channel partner ecosystem
- Minimum of 7 or more years of Channel Sales experience
- Strong understanding of the AppSec market and the unique risks associated with the AI supply chain
- Ability to build rapport with C-suite stakeholders
- High-energy personality comfortable working independently with up to 25% travel

- Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs or modern security tools
