Job Summary
Lead strategic asset management and maintenance optimization for regional FQM operations, developing frameworks to maximize reliability, minimize downtime, and enhance efficiency. Drive continuous improvement through cross-functional team leadership, implementing best practices in predictive and preventive maintenance while managing budgets and resource allocation. Coach site management on asset performance accountability, fostering a culture of innovation and change management across mining and energy sectors. Align strategies with organizational goals and industry standards to deliver sustainable operational results.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in maintenance management, asset management, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with maintenance methodologies, such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Predictive Maintenance (PdM)
- Proven track record in leading large-scale maintenance optimization or asset management initiatives
- Practical experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen in maintenance and asset management
- Extensive experience in industries such as manufacturing, oil and gas, energy, mining, utilities, or infrastructure where asset management is critical
- Familiarity with the operational challenges and best practices specific to the sector
- At least 5–7 years in a leadership role, managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex change management projects involving diverse stakeholders and large budgets
- Bachelor's Degree (essential) In a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Asset Management, or a related discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree (optional but advantageous) In Engineering Management, Asset Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related technical field
