Job Summary
Lead the commercial strategy for corporate, multi-site, and strategic aftermarket customers at Norican Group, ensuring alignment across brands. Responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, engaging with senior stakeholders, supervising sales teams, mentoring on consultative selling, and managing KPI performance. Requires strong collaboration across Service, Engineering, and other departments, along with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing solution-based proposals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience in related field
- Experience in industrial B2B sales or aftermarket sales
- Strong skills in customer engagement and sales execution
Desired Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in industrial B2B sales or aftermarket sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated success managing strategic, corporate, or multi-site customer accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM required with AX preferred
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record
