Lead Recruiter

Job Summary
Lead Recruiter responsible for full cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, handling all client communications, and managing the recruiting process end-to-end. duties include updating requisitions in the ATS, sourcing candidates, performing intake calls with clients, modifying job descriptions, posting to job boards, screening candidates, submitting qualified candidates with screening notes and resumes, conducting reference checks, and assisting with offers and onboarding. This is a sub-contractor position that can be full-time or part-time, with a generous commission structure and training pay. Work from home with a flexible schedule. Industries include restoration, construction, HVAC, and flooring. Key skills include excellent communication, strong organization, independent decision-making, proficiency with computer tools, and experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of recruiting experience a plus, willing to train
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Accurate and detail oriented
- MUST have excellent computer skills
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods is a plus
