Job Summary
Lead Recruiter – Regulatory & Clinical responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition within the CRO/Pharma domain, overseeing Clinical Trials, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Medical Writing; manages a small team of recruiters and partner management professionals; drives candidate attraction through specialist channels; develops assessment frameworks aligned with GCP/ICH and project requirements; maintains pipeline quality and stakeholder alignment; optimizes Lever ATS configurations, dashboards, and reporting; oversees vendor management and partner performance; collaborates with internal stakeholders across regions to meet global recruitment needs and ensure compliance within CRO/Pharma environments; emphasizes data-driven insights, process improvements, and SLAs with external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in Life Sciences, CRO, and/or Pharma industries
