Job Summary
Lead the TA team's IT/Tech recruiting strategy by coaching recruiters, managing req loads, and driving thought leadership. Source and evaluate candidates for mid-to-director roles, conduct structured interviews, and negotiate offers while ensuring compliance with company policies. Partner with business partners to verify job specifications, develop interview tools, and maintain a high-volume pipeline of top talent. Manage the full lifecycle from intake to onboarding, including assigning tasks to support staff and collaborating with HR Business Partners to optimize hiring plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related field
- 7 years Full lifecycle recruiting process
- at least a year of corporate recruiting experience
- equivalent direct leadership experience with hiring responsibility
- HR Manager experience
- 5 Years Experience with candidate search techniques
- identification of target companies
- resume mining experience
- cold-calling
- name generation
- active participation in the hiring process
- 5 Years Experience with behavioral interviewing
- 5 Years Experience recruiting hourly and/or salaried roles
- 5 Years Experience using an applicant tracking system
- 3 Years Experience sourcing through candidate social networking tools
