Lead full-cycle recruitment across engineering, support services and IT roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring plans. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and professional talent within transmission and distribution projects. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding handover. Build strong talent pipelines for critical positions in the EPC and power transmission sector. Provide market intelligence and hiring recommendations to support business decisions. Drive a positive candidate experience and promote Linxon’s employer brand in local and wider talent markets. Ensure recruitment activity is delivered efficiently, compliantly and in line with project timelines. Support continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools and reporting.
