Job Summary
Own end-to-end searches across commercial, corporate development, and broader G&A roles at Lila by partnering with senior leaders to define roles, calibrate panels, and run rigorous processes. Source, screen, and close offers for operators, dealmakers, and builders while driving offer strategy and negotiation for senior individual contributor and people-leader hires. Influence creative sourcing strategies to build proactive pipelines and advise leadership on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and talent risks. Improve process and tooling with an obsession for candidate experience at every stage. This hands-on, full-cycle role sits on the Talent Acquisition team based predominantly out of Cambridge, MA. The mix of work shifts as business priorities move, offering exposure across Product, Finance, Legal, People, and Marketing.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years or equivalent experience in full-cycle recruiting with deep sourcing experience and experience working on go-to-market and product roles in highly technical environments
- Track record of closing senior hires at high-growth startups or in competitive talent markets
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to push back constructively and partner directly with hiring managers
- Ability to flex across multiple functions as business priorities shift
- Experience using pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and reporting to drive recruiting decisions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience recruiting at a deep-tech, biotech, or scientific company
- In-house recruiting experience scaling a function from early to mid-stage
- Familiarity with Greenhouse and modern sourcing tools
- Experience hiring across G&A functions such as Finance, Legal, or People
