Job Summary
Lead Recruiter for the Go to Market (GTM) team, responsible for managing a team of recruiters in a high-volume, outbound-heavy environment. Drive data-informed performance management, oversee ATS/Greenhouse and internal postings, source and conduct candidate screenings, and partner with leadership/hiring managers to align on targets. Build and recruit for a broad network of candidates, leveraging various sourcing channels and fostering a consultative, relationship-driven approach to talent acquisition. Role requires experienced leadership with 5-8+ years in recruiting and at least 1 year of people management, and work authorization in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5-8+ years of recruiting experience
- At least one year of people management experience
- Experience in a high-volume, outbound-heavy recruiting environment
- Ability to utilize different types of social media platforms to source top talent
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills
- Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
