Job Summary
Lead Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruiting across commercial, corporate development, and broader G&A roles with primary focus on go-to-market; partner with senior hiring managers to define roles, calibrate interview panels, and run rigorous processes; own sourcing, screening, pipeline-building, and closing offers for operators, dealmakers, and builders; influence sourcing strategies, provide compensation guidance and market insights, and drive offer strategy and negotiations for senior IC and people-leader hires; collaborate with senior leaders and the Talent Acquisition team (based in Cambridge, MA) to optimize candidate experience and hiring processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years or equivalent experience in full-cycle recruiting
- deep sourcing experience
- experience working on go-to-market and product roles in highly technical environments
- track record of closing senior hires at high-growth startups or in competitive talent markets
- excellent stakeholder management
- ability to flex across multiple functions as business priorities shift
- experience using pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and reporting to drive recruiting decisions
