Job Summary
Lead Recruiter (Commercial & Corporate Hiring) responsible for end-to-end recruitment across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, Strategy, CEO Office, and other corporate functions globally. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define priorities, build talent pipelines, and drive workforce planning while mentoring junior recruiters and establishing recruiting best practices. The role includes developing creative sourcing strategies, providing market intelligence and compensation insights, maintaining ATS data and recruitment reporting, and delivering high-quality hires across multiple regions in a fast-growing, global environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple business and corporate functions
- Proven success recruiting for Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, Strategy, CEO Office, or other business-critical roles
- Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior recruiters
- Familiarity with global hiring practices and compensation structures
- Strong proficiency with ATS and recruitment analytics
- Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in high-growth technology companies, startups, internet businesses, consulting firms, or fast-scaling organizations
