Job Summary
Lead Recruiter (Commercial & Corporate Hiring) responsible for end-to-end recruitment across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, Strategy, CEO Office, and other corporate functions globally. Partners with hiring managers and senior leaders to define priorities, workforce planning, and recruitment strategy; mentors junior recruiters; establishes best practices, sourcing frameworks, and hiring processes; builds talent pipelines and offers market intelligence to support rapid global growth; ensures professional candidate experience and robust recruitment reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple business and corporate functions
- Experience recruiting for Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, Strategy, CEO Office, or other business-critical roles
- Demonstrated ability to hire senior, niche, and difficult-to-fill positions across multiple markets
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, talent mapping, referrals, and other advanced techniques
- Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously with quality and speed
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior recruiters
- Familiarity with global hiring practices, compensation structures, and recruitment across multiple countries
- Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in high-growth technology companies, startups, internet businesses, consulting firms, or fast-scaling organizations
