Job Summary
Assist the supervisor with balancing daily workflow to ensure production and shipments are completed efficiently. Manage assigned functions including preparing work reports, training new associates, and supporting operations across receiving, returns, retag, transfers, and distribution. Maintain organized, fast-paced environment standards while lifting up to 35 lbs and walking eight hours. Some daily overtime and Saturday work may be required during peak season. This role supports the broader mission of Workwear Outfitters, a leading supplier of work apparel and footwear for diverse industries including automotive, manufacturing, and utilities.
Required Qualifications
- Must have previous experience in a distribution facility
- Some basic computer skills/knowledge
- Some knowledge of Receiving/Returns/Retag/Transfers
- Must be organized
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift at least 35 lbs
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to walk for an 8-hour workday
- Reasoning skills and attention to detail
- Job may require weekends and long hours during peak season
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
