Job Summary
Lead the Receiving Inspection team and Supplier Quality activities to ensure incoming material conforms to specifications, documentation, and traceability requirements. Manage quarantined or non-conforming parts, coordinate with Operations, Planning, and Quality to maintain efficient parts flow, and track supplier quality metrics. Duties include directing Receiving Inspectors, resolving quality issues with vendors, and supporting timely corrective actions. Proficiency with Quantum Controls ERP and knowledge of FAA Part 145 / EASA regulations are important. A&P license and leadership experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Inspection or Supply Chain experience in an Engine MRO shop
- Experience using Quantum Controls ERP
- Strong understanding of part traceability and documentation requirements
- Familiarity with FAA Part 145 / EASA regulations
- Experience working with suppliers and driving issue resolution
- Effective communication skills with internal teams and external vendors
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Self-directed, motivated, and able to work with limited supervision
