Job Summary
Lead the React Native development team by writing scalable, testable code and managing the full lifecycle from sprint planning to release. Architect solutions for mobile gaming experiences while implementing AI agents to optimize code reviews and developer workflows. Streamline release processes for multiple applications built from shared codebases and proactively manage technical debt to drive long-term architectural vision. Mentor the engineering team, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning in a high-performance, AI-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in React Native
- TypeScript
- TanStack Query
- Zustand
- React Navigation
- MMKV
- Deep understanding of monorepo architectures
- Building applications from scratch
- Strong experience with third-party integrations including external APIs, analytics, and payment gateways
- Expertise in creating smooth animations with React Native Reanimated
- Hands-on experience with push notifications, deep links, and universal links
- Delivery-oriented mindset
- Exceptional attention to UI/UX detail
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in writing Unit tests
- Native Development (Java/Kotlin, Objective-C/Swift)
- Creativity in solving different complex tasks
- Experience in web development, particularly with Next.js
- Experience setting up and maintaining mobile CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines, Fastlane)
