Lead React Native Engineer

Manage the sourcing pipeline for the PAT team by identifying, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidate submissions. Review resumes against technical criteria and schedule initial rounds with hiring managers. Maintain the candidate database and ensure timely updates on application status. Submit weekly reports on pipeline metrics and blocklist updates to leadership. This role supports the PAT product team's hiring needs. Full-time position with competitive compensation.
