Job Summary
Lead RBT providing direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision at Westside Children’s Therapy, delivering predominantly play-based therapy, mentoring and serving as a clinical resource to the ABA team. Responsibilities include onboarding and training RBTs, auditing RBT SOAP notes and ensuring documentation within 48 hours, collaborating with BCBAs to promote clinical growth and team morale, delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions per BCBA programming, collecting and recording client data, maintaining a caseload, participating in weekly team meetings, and supporting travel within the assigned region for training and coverage needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active RBT certification required at time of hire
- Active Safety Care Certification or ability to become certified within 60 days of hire
- 1 year of experience as an RBT at Westside or 2 years of experience progressive leadership experience in a RBT or similar role
