Lead Ramp Agent

Lead outbound bag room operations and manage unloading/loading of luggage, freight, and cargo on and off commercial aircraft. Drive and operate small specialized commercial vehicles while safely lifting and moving 70 lbs of cargo between aircraft, terminals, and air cargo facilities. Assist team members in performing duties according to Company/Carrier standards and provide on-the-job training or assign staff to experienced agents. Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance load sheets, hazardous material labels, loading manifests, and routing tags. Ensure all work adheres to established safety procedures and protocols. Valid driver's license, FBI background check, and US Customs seal required.
