Job Summary
Lead Quality & Training Specialist responsible for developing, launching, and maintaining Arvato’s Corrective Action System to meet ISO9001/13485 and CSRs; review documented processes against corrective action plans; enforce quality systems across departments; lead RCCA investigations and cross-functional meetings; coordinate audits and third-party surveillance; deliver training on corrective action procedures; drive continuous improvement and provide analysis for management reviews. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in quality management or leadership, and hands-on experience with RCCA methods, quality systems, audits, and ERP/tools like SAP and Master Control.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in relevant field
- 5 Years' experience in Quality Management or a leadership role
- Working knowledge of core quality system principles (PPAP, SPC, APQP, RCCA)
- Proficiency in problem-solving methods (RCCA, 5-Why, 8-Disciples, Deming/PDCA, A3) and ability to coach
- Experience with quality management systems and audits
- MS Office proficiency
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP)
- Knowledge of Master Control or similar QA tools
