Job Summary

Lead, mentor, and support a team of inspectors and coordinators across multiple infrastructure and utility projects. Oversee day-to-day project delivery, including planning, resourcing, scheduling, and execution of inspection and quality services. Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard. Review deliverables for quality and consistency, while helping resolve project issues, technical questions, and team escalations. Support team utilization, resource planning, billability, timesheets, invoicing, and financial tracking across your portfolio of work. Contribute to monthly forecasting, budgeting, and department performance targets. Support and lead proposal development, including methodology, resourcing, and costing for new opportunities. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business development efforts to help grow RAM's inspection and quality service lines. Promote RAM's QHSE culture, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help develop tools, procedures, and systems that improve project delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in inspection, quality, construction, utilities, infrastructure, or related project environments
  • Previous experience leading teams in field-based or project delivery environments
  • Strong understanding of project coordination, client management, and quality service delivery
  • Engineering degree, Civil or Electrical Engineering Technology diploma, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Based in or able to work out of RAM's Vancouver office, with travel to project sites as required

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting infrastructure, utility, energy, or transportation projects, with utility experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with proposals, client relationship management, and business development
  • Familiarity with BC Hydro standards, CSA, MMCD, and/or MoTI requirements
  • Professional designation such as P.Eng., AScT, or EIT
