Job Summary
Lead Quality Engineer responsible for managing a Quality Engineer team and delivering high-quality IT project delivers. Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites with AI to ensure efficient testing coverage; defines KPIs for product quality; collaborates with stakeholders to resolve quality issues; conducts test reviews; drives quality-centric methodologies; establishes processes and tools for automation, reports results for faster bug tracking; analyzes automation results and investigates failures; develops test patterns for performance, scalability, and reliability; performs peer reviews of test cases; ensures quality standards are updated and communicated; leadership role reporting to Head of IT Delivery; works with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues; stays current with testing technologies and trends; supports continuous improvement and digital transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Experienced and strong people development management experience and technical skill
- Familiarity with black box and white box testing practices and open-source testing frameworks
- Experience building test automation and business use-case testing
- Experience in developing and executing manual / automated tests
- Ability to apply specific tools and techniques for Data and ML applications
- Ability to implement and improve QMS processes using SDLC leading practices
- Proficient in writing tools and automation scripts
- Knowledge in developing cloud-based applications
- Understand cloud fundamentals
