Job Summary
Lead Project Quality Management Plans and dependent systems in compliance with WorleyParsons Project Management Process and Enterprise Management System requirements. Manage project service verification, inspection, design control, and vendor assessment activities consistent with criticality and contractual obligations. Implement non-conformance, corrective action, and preventive action processes while establishing risk-based audit programs. Facilitate independent review of Project Quality Management Systems and ensure customer requirements are effectively managed by the Project Team. Participate in the global quality learning community to share updates on latest developments and capability enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor in Engineering Degree
- 12 years total post graduation experience
- 8 years post graduation experience in oil and gas projects
- 5 years post graduation experience in same designation
- Thorough understanding of the principles and practice of Quality Management and the implementation and improvement of management systems
- Practical experience of plant and vendor inspection of all types of mechanical equipment typically required at oil & gas installations, both on-shore and off shore
- Ability to develop, maintain, update in-house technical standards & specifications
- Communication skills – verbal, written – to report standard and presentation skills
- Demonstrable capabilities in planning and organizing projects and activities to meet Project requirements e.g. quality planning and resourcing for projects to ensure they are suitably resourced with sufficient and capable quality management expertise
- Experience in managing a team of quality practitioners
- Fully conversant with NDE requirements and sour environments
- Excellent written, coordination and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with ISO 9000 and 14000 Series and international standards relevant to oil and gas industry
