Lead, Quality Assurance

Conduct microbiological testing on finished products and oversee all plant regulatory testing to ensure water specifications remain correct from beginning to end. Monitor daily and quarterly micro tests for coliform, HPC, yeast/mold, and other parameters while maintaining HACCP and SQF regulations. Oversee maintenance of water processing equipment, manage QA documents, and assist with GMP audits, customer complaint investigations, and mock recall exercises. Ensure all personnel adhere to corporate GMP policies and resolve non-conformances through corrective actions. Perform weekly outside lab sample collections and function as a training resource to the plant. Fill in for Quality Technicians and the Quality Assurance Manager as needed.
