Job Summary
Manage organization-wide quality assurance as the central contact for technical teams, external partners, and management, ensuring requirements are understood, aligned, and consistently implemented. Guarantee a high-quality Demand-to-Delivery process by establishing traceability across requirements, test cases, defects, and acceptance criteria. Direct external QA partners to maintain high test quality, optimize resource allocation, and meet agreed-upon service and performance targets. Continuously evolve the test strategy, standards, and quality gates while defining transparent KPIs and driving process improvements. Proactively identify quality risks through structured analysis, implement mitigation measures, and develop sustainable governance structures to enhance IT and telecommunications solution quality. Requires a degree in (Economics) Informatics, Engineering, or Economics, with extensive experience in Quality Management, Test Management, and Delivery Management. Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and native German with professional English proficiency are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Quality Management, Testmanagement, Delivery Management oder in vergleichbaren Steuerungsfunktionen im IT-Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Partner, im Aufbau belastbarer Governance-Strukturen sowie im Vertrags- und Leistungsmanagement von IT-Dienstleistern
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung KPI-basierter Qualitäts- und Performance-Management-Systeme
- Gute Kenntnisse von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen, Testmethoden sowie klassischen und agilen Vorgehensmodellen einschließlich Anforderungs-, Defect-, Release- und Testmanagement
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Moderationsstärke, souveränes Stakeholder-Management sowie Fähigkeit zur Koordination unterschiedlicher Interessen und zur Herbeiführung tragfähiger Entscheidungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
