Job Summary
Conduct numerous outreach calls to prospective and existing customers generated through marketing campaigns, utilizing a script to determine interest and qualify opportunities for sales follow-up. Track contacts and attempt live communication a pre-determined number of times before designating leads as abandoned, then close out call dispositions by marking leads as not interested or creating sales opportunities in the CRM. Manage incoming leads on an ongoing basis, referring customers to support teams for identified issues or new account creation. Liaise with program and product managers to understand product offerings for educated customer conversations, and provide comprehensive reports on program metrics and feedback to stakeholders. Update dashboards tracking active, completed, and terminated programs while maintaining accurate lead records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, lead qualification, sales support, or related commercial roles
- Demonstrated expertise in market analysis and competitive intelligence gathering
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with content management systems and digital marketing platforms
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Collaborative skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Self-directed with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of scientific terminology and laboratory techniques
- Business-level English
- Travel up to 25% as needed
