Job Summary
Lead end-to-end Quality Assurance activities across the Software Development Lifecycle by designing, developing, and executing manual, automation, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end test cases. Build and maintain automation frameworks using Python-based tools while leveraging AI-powered platforms like Testim and GitHub Copilot to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to establish quality standards, perform SQL and Elasticsearch validation, and lead defect triage sessions for root cause analysis. Monitor test execution, present case studies, and mentor QA engineers to foster continuous improvement within an Agile environment. This remote role requires 10+ years of SaaS QA experience, proficiency in Selenium, PyTest, and cloud platforms, and is open to candidates with ISTQB certification. Apply via careers@cliqhr.co.in.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within SaaS or Product-based environments
- Strong expertise in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing tools such as Testim, Mabl, Functionize, ACCELQ, TestRigor, Applitools, Tosca AI, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Selenium, PyTest, Postman, SQL, and Elasticsearch
- Good understanding of Python and Vue.js from a QA and testing perspective
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Knowledge of API testing, database testing, regression testing, and performance testing concepts
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading QA teams
Desired Qualifications
- ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent QA certification is preferred
