Lead Psychiatrist-Mangonia Behavioral

Lead Psychiatrist responsible for clinical leadership of outpatient general adult psychiatry services while maintaining an active clinical caseload. Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management; oversee daily outpatient clinic operations and care coordination; collaborate with therapists, nurses, case managers, peer specialists, and primary care; expand telepsychiatry and integrated behavioral health; measure outcomes to improve access, engagement, and retention; participate in innovation, care-model pilots, and system transformation; ensure compliance with regulatory standards; mentor psychiatrists, NPs, residents, and clinical staff; contribute to teaching, supervision, and community education; anticipate growth including a planned Mental Health Crisis Center (2029); may involve evening, weekend, or on-call rotations.
